Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Typically, orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that it may take up to 2 days to process and ship your order after your payment has been authorized, and this estimate does not include weekends and holidays. Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes, and shipping to remote areas in Pakistan may take longer.

For “Cash on Delivery” orders, we require successful telephonic verification before processing. However, Firdous Garments reserves the right to process “Cash on Delivery” orders without telephonic verification for verified customers and/or during periods of high volumes, such as sales, season launches, and other promotions.

Order Tracking

After you’ve made your purchase, you’ll receive an email containing your order number and a tracking number (provided you’ve given us a valid email address). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package during delivery by entering it into our Order Tracking section.

For international orders, (Shipping provider name) is the shipping provider and packages typically arrive within 8-10 business days after shipment. It can take up to 2 days for us to process and ship your order after payment authorization, though this is an estimation and does not include weekends or holidays.

We recommend that you save all email invoices for your own records.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

• International orders may be subject to taxes and duties which are the responsibility of the customer.
•  We ship packages without the Duty and Taxes paid, and we don’t calculate any local taxes or duties during checkout.
•  If any fees are due, they will be collected when the order is delivered. 
• Customs authorities require us to state the value of the order directly on the package(s). 
• The amount of taxes and fees that may apply to your order is determined by various factors such as location, item value, and material. 
• We cannot control these charges as customs policies vary widely from country to country. 
• Any additional charges that apply to your order must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs.
•  For shipments to Saudi Arabia, consignees must have a valid commercial registration with Saudi Customs for smooth clearance and delivery.
•  If a consignee does not have a valid commercial registration, the shipment will be returned to its origin without any notification.

Please note that we have made every effort to display the colors of our products on the website as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see on delivery may differ due to variations in screen resolution, and therefore we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product.

RETURN & REFUNDS

At Firdouse Garments, our goal is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their shopping experience. We want you to feel delighted every time you shop with us, and if for any reason you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can always return it.

 However, please note that you must inform us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the item, stating the reason for the return or exchange.

For a successful return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and it should be in its original packaging.

 To process your return, we require proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

ORDER CANCELLATION & LIABILITY
Firdouse Garments has the right to cancel any order at any time under any circumstances. Firdouse Garments cannot be held responsible for any shipment delay or cancellation resulting from factors beyond its control.EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)
We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please notify us via email at admin@firdousgarments.com within 72 hours of delivery. 

SHIPPING
It is your responsibility to cover the shipping costs for returning the item, and please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. To ensure your item’s safe delivery, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
